We deliver personal programmes where there is a need to tailor the offering to suit your specific requirements or where privacy and flexible timings are essential. This may be in a time of pressure or transition, or due to a general desire for better health and wellbeing.
We have specialised training in Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction for Teens (MBSR-T) and have designed practical but powerful programmes for individuals and groups. There is a growing need to resource and equip our youngsters as they cope with the pressures of life.
