After its success last year, we are excited to be running this interactive and practical workshop, designed to help young people taking mocks and exams this academic year, on a regular basis. Over the two sessions we will learn techniques to manage stress and anxiety and develop skills that improve focus and memory during the revision period.  We will also share effective 'quick wins' to boost focus and stay calm on exam days.
