EXAM STRESS WORKSHOP
Two Part Workshop

We are excited to launch this interactive and practical workshop, designed to help young people taking exams this Summer. Over the two sessions we will learn techniques to manage stress and anxiety and develop skills that improve focus and memory during the revision period. We will also share tips for boosting focus and staying calm on exam days.
