After its success earlier this year, we are excited to re-run this interactive and practical workshop, designed to help young people taking mocks and exams this academic year. Over the two sessions we will learn techniques to manage stress and anxiety and develop skills that improve focus and memory during the revision period. We will also share effective 'quick wins' to boost focus and stay calm on exam days.
