We help individuals by teaching skills and techniques to improve health and wellbeing in a supportive and compassionate manner, always informed by the latest evidence.
Our strength is in providing participants with the support, materials and audios that they need to continue their journey after the programme.
There are different ways to learn these new skills, but the most helpful way is through a group 8 week course or a one-to-one tailored programme with a qualified teacher.
8 Week Course
Our practical course is designed using an evidence-based approach, usually running for eight weeks, to equip you with the skills you need for mindful living.
These courses are suitable for the general public. Participants will receive a detailed handbook and all the tools necessary to continue developing their mindfulness practice.
One-to-one Tailored Programmes
We deliver personal programmes where there is a need to tailor the offering to suit your specific needs or where privacy and flexible timings are essential. This may be in a time of pressure or transition, or due to a general desire for better health and wellbeing.
We design and deliver immersive workshops, to help participants understand and experience how mindfulness works. These build an understanding of how the practice might enrich life, and create space for fresh thinking (as an individual or as part of a collective).
We deliver short introductory sessions, helping you to understand the basic principles and experience mindfulness for yourself. This offers an opportunity to explore how mindfulness might be relevant to you (and/or your organisation), in a welcoming and open environment.
We are skilled and experienced in delivering high-impact keynotes to share the importance of living mindfully. And maybe even to capture hearts and minds with a new perspective and a proven, practical way to enjoy life to the full.
Programmes for Adolescents
We have specialised training in Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction for Teens (MBSR-T) and have designed practical but powerful programmes for individuals and groups. There is a growing need to resource and equip our youngsters as they cope with the pressures of life.
